From the Guys at Taman Samudera, Batu Caves

Assalamualaikum,
Maaf dipinta, En Hanif dan En Jafri suruh taip aje mesej untuk engkorang sebab mrk berdua tengah kenyang selepas pekena sup ayam + kambing + lidah lembu - sebentar tadi mrk berdua tersadai. Hanif suruh beritau mrk berdua sekarang berbadan langsing (you can guess their weight!!)
They were at IJN and weighed themselves. One was more than 70, another more than 80. You can guess, I can't say cos I may lose my special privileges!!
We have been eating very consistently cos that's what we usually do during holidays in KL. After this it's back to aerobics to get rid of all the excess gained. How can we say no to all the lovely food in KL??
